NGS Hosting Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities on NGS Hosting infrastructure.

Prohibited Content

Customers may not host, distribute, or promote:

• Malware
• Viruses
• Ransomware
• Illegal software
• Copyright-infringing material
• Hate content prohibited by applicable law
• Fraudulent content

Network Abuse

The following activities are prohibited:

• Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• Port scanning of third-party systems
• Exploitation attempts
• Network intrusion activities

Spam

Customers may not use services to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email
• Operate spam campaigns
• Conduct phishing operations

Resource Abuse

Customers must not intentionally consume resources in a manner that negatively impacts other customers.

Examples include:

• Excessive CPU abuse
• Memory exhaustion attacks
• Storage abuse
• Cryptocurrency mining

Game Server Rules

Customers operating game servers must:

• Respect the applicable game publisher Terms of Service
• Maintain appropriate server security
• Avoid activities that negatively impact shared infrastructure

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Service suspension
• Service termination
• Data removal
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required

NGS Hosting reserves sole discretion in determining policy violations.
