1. Digital Services

All NGS Hosting services are digital services provisioned immediately after payment.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

NGS Hosting does not provide refunds for:

• Game server hosting
• Virtual infrastructure
• VPS services
• Dedicated resources
• Monthly subscriptions
• Renewals

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing service specifications before purchase.

4. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

5. Abuse and Policy Violations

Services suspended or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws are not eligible for refunds.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension and account termination.

7. Billing Errors

Verified billing errors caused by NGS Hosting may be corrected at our sole discretion.

8. Changes

NGS Hosting reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
