NGS Hosting Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any service provided by NGS Hosting ("NGS Hosting", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

NGS Hosting provides game server hosting, virtual infrastructure, and related technology services.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise specified.

3. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• All activities performed under their account.
• Providing accurate billing information.

NGS Hosting is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or compromised user devices.

4. Payments

All services are billed in advance.

Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of all associated services.

5. Service Availability

NGS Hosting strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, upgrades, hardware failures, network disruptions, and events beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.

6. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

While NGS Hosting may provide backup services, no backup system should be considered a guaranteed disaster recovery solution.

7. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use NGS Hosting services for:

• Illegal activities.
• Malware distribution.
• Phishing.
• Spam campaigns.
• Cryptocurrency mining.
• Unauthorized network scanning.
• DDoS attacks.
• Distribution of copyrighted content without authorization.

8. Resource Abuse

NGS Hosting reserves the right to suspend services that:

• Consume excessive resources.
• Threaten platform stability.
• Impact other customers.

9. Suspension and Termination

NGS Hosting may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms.

No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to abuse or policy violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

NGS Hosting shall not be liable for:

• Data loss.
• Loss of profits.
• Service interruptions.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the previous thirty (30) days.

11. Changes to Terms

NGS Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
